Introduction

From humble beginnings in 1935 when Samuel James Bargh began a small business from his home near Lancaster transporting milk in churns from farms to a local dairy, we have grown into a major logistics provider, supporting some of the largest dairy producers and transport partners in Europe.

Operating from five main sites, our modern fleet of farm collection and secondary vehicles deliver an efficient and competitive service, specifically developed to meet the needs of the dairy sector.

With a heritage of almost 90 years, we remain a family business with a strong commitment to our customers, to our team and to the wider community. We provide outstanding service and value to our wide range of customers, with our core values of integrity, respect and loyalty remaining at the heart of everything we do.

Together with our sister company, R G Bassett & Sons Ltd, we offer a diverse range of logistics services, supporting businesses across the UK.
